- Fill out your application.
- The system will send you a message to your registered email.
- Enter the link you will receive to confirm the security code.
- The system will enable a window to attach the following:
- Scan your original DPI on both sides (If the DPI is being processed, attach the certificate issued by the RENAP on both sides) and save the image in a file in .pdf, .jpg, jpeg, or jpe format, and name it your DPI number,
- If you are a Legal Entity, scan the Legal Representation appointment (current) to a file in .pdf, .jpg, jpeg, or jpe format, and assign the NIT of the legal representative as the name.
- Record a video in which you must show your face along with your original valid DPI (If the DPI is being processed, you must show the certificate issued by the RENAP) or a valid passport if you are a foreigner and indicate your name (full name and surname). ), the date of the day you make your request and say SAT or Superintendency of Tax Administration. The video file must be in mp4 format, with a size no larger than 10 MB (Mega Bytes). Your face must be uncovered, the use of hats, dark glasses (sunglasses), a mask or any accessory that covers it is not acceptable.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
- All attachments indicated above cannot exceed 10 MB (Mega Bytes), so that your application can enter without problems.
- When the change is made, you will be notified to your email so that you can proceed to enter your Virtual Agency.
