If you already have your Registration Card and Vehicle Ownership Certificate in electronic format, you can print them from your Virtual Agency as long as you meet the following requirements:
- Have carried out a management of your vehicle as of April 19, 2018 in any of the Tax Offices or Agencies nationwide.
- Have a Virtual Agency.
- Be solvent in all your tax obligations.
- Have paid the Vehicle Circulation Tax payment.
- If you have pre-printed Badges, you can replace them and enjoy the benefits of downloading your Electronic Badges at any time from your Virtual Agency. (See requirements in SAT Portal).
Note. The pre-printed Badges remain valid until there is a communication from the Superintendence of Tax Administration -SAT-.
When you replace any of the pre-printed badges (Traffic Card and Vehicle Ownership Certificate) you must replace the other one as well.
