Selective Export Declarations

Requirements

Carrier, Customs Agent, Assistant to the Customs Agent authorized by the SAT, Legal Representative, Owner or Agent.

1 Present the Declaration of Export Goods in the Entry Module to the Customs Precinct or in the Primary Zone:

  • You must submit it to the risk analysis system.
  • The means of transport carrying the merchandise must be present.
  • You must attach the DEPREX licenses or ANACAFÉ License.
Step List

1. Report to Customs where you left.

What do i get?
  • Your Certified Goods Declaration with the result of the risk analysis process printed on all copies of the declaration.
  • The result can be:
    • Immediate lift (No review is performed) selective green;
    • Immediate verification (review is carried out) selective red.
Special cases
  1. You must appear at the selective processing window or other area enabled for this purpose.
  2. It will not be necessary for you to present the means of transport in the selective processing area, in cases where due to the type of Customs infrastructure it is not possible to do so.
  3. You must be responsible for tax and criminal obligations if the merchandise is not exported or does not correspond to what was declared.
